Loving the new products...

I haven't had a chance to break into the box containing all my new CTMH products from the new 2012 Fall/Winter Idea Book (available August 1st).  I spent the weekend organizing my scrapping space and decided today was the day!  I love all of the new patterns, but Clementine is one of my favorites!!  All the new products mentioned in this article will be available to order August 1st!  Just click on the Shop With Me button on my blog.

I decided to try the new Exclusive Inks Mini Pigment Pads... I was nervous, but working with them was so easy and I love the way the color dries vibrant, but quickly. I used the stamp set from the Clementine Workshop on the Go for the border trim using Twilight at the top and Creme Brulee at the bottom.  I also used the stitch stamp in Twilight at the bottom to add a pop of color.
I decided to couple this great pattern with the Fashionista Stamp Set from the 2012 Spring/Summer Idea Book. I stamped the figure first with Creme Brulee Pigment Ink, then waited a minute for it to dry and stamped a second time with Chocolate Ink. I love the way it came out... you can just see a tiny bit of yellow under the stamped image.

One of my favorite parts about the Fashionista Stamp Set is the Sentiment... Love who you are... I took one of the Dimensional Elements and lightly covered it in Creme Brulee, then stamped the sentiment in Chocolate. I added some brown bakers twine and some glitter glue to add some dimension.  I love the way it turned out.

I ran a little more Baker's Twine across the bottom to balance it out from the top.  I took one of the Dimensional Elements Hearts and lightly stamped Twilight on it, wrapped some Baker's Twine around it and added a few Opaque Adhesive Gems.

I can't wait to add photos, then again... I may just frame it and keep it the way it is!!!
